Today my baby turned TWO!! It's hard to believe that she is already 2. She has changed so much over this past year. She went from sleeping ALL the time to a playful toddler. I thought since she had slept the first year and half of her life that she would be a quiet mellow little girl. Boy was I wrong! She is full of energy now. She is our little monkey. From climbing up everything to wrestling with James, she definitely keeps up on our toes.
For her birthday we took her to Fuddruckers for dinner and then we went to Chucky Cheeses to play games. All she wanted was to get enough ticket to buy a Fee Fop (her way of saying lollipop).
We took Haylie to the store to pick out her own cake and she wanted lots of cakes! So we ended up buying cupcakes instead:) She was so excited to go home and eat her cakes. She sang Happy Birthday the WHOLE way home.

Haylie loved when everyone sang Happy Birthday to her. We had to light the candles several times. She kept saying again mommy.

We can't wait to see how much you grow and change over the next year. You have been such a blessing to us. We love love:)

Merry Christmas

We were so lucky to have Santa take time out of his evening to come visit us on Christmas Eve. He brought all the kids a gift and a chance to tell him in person what they wanted. Kayla and James loved every minute of Santa's visit but Haylie wanted no part of it. When Jimmy tried to take her up to get her gift sh freaked out and refused to get close.
Christmas Day was full of fun and excitement. Kayla came into our room at 3am and told us
that Santa had come and brought everyone a gift. Kayla waited patiently for the other kids to wake up but at 9am we decided that it was time to wake them up. They were so excited to see all the presents from Santa and their stocking filled.

After opening the presents at home we went to Grandma Anna's for breakfast. All the kids got a lot of great gifts and had a blast playing with their toys before we headed back home to meet some of the family for dinner and games.

Christmas ended with everyone all snuggled in bed with their new P.J.'s from Grandma Barnett a new bedtime story from Aunt Sabrina.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and has a Happy New Year.

Fun at the Mall

Haylie and Kaylie had such a great time at the mall. They did so good sitting in their strollers ALL day while we walked in every store. Before we left we let them run around for a bit and let out some well deserved energy!

Haylie wouldn't look up because she was afraid I was going to take her drink. Of course Kaylie is smiling like always:)
